Update: Camera Bag.

Lets just say. I wanted to treat myself in an instant. I won't be spending money for a while though.
P.S I found one exactly the same but for a cheaper price so I'm happy about that.
Also I added it up and it came to £35.93 but they only charged me £35.63. RESULT!

Update: New Camera bag.

At the moment I have this lower-pro camera bag. Perfect for keeping my camera in and a compartment for lenses and little zip parts for cloths and other small parts. But I've been thinking of getting a new camera bag one that doesn't look so obvious y' know? So I've been searching and found a few on ebay. They're quite pricey but they're real leather and vintage styled so I expected that.

Tattoo Design ; Blossom.

This is my tattoo design I drew for college to make into cup transfers ages ago.

I designed this and another intricate floral design for teapots to fulfill my criteria for my 'Potty about pattern' project. I love Blossom and I wanted it tattooed over a scar on my right hip, It will symbolize that whatever my life throws at me, I will blossom out of it, always in the best way I can.

The scar on my right hip is from when I was little and my dog Monte was too much for me to handle, and he ran pulling me down the farm lane on the gravel to see another dog. I was led there bleeding from my side my face, my elbows and my knees.  I needed to meet a friend that day and I wanted to bring the dog. Bad idea. So I walked to meet her anyway dripping with blood, and we walked back to mine so I could get cleaned up. Soon after I was all patched up and okay we took Monte in the fields on my farm instead. Franki threw a bone to Monte and it hit me in the head. Luckily no scarring from that one.

Below are the photos from the tea cups and pots I made in college in 2010.

Homemade Oreo Cookies;

Just found this off of Flour Child's blog. I aim to do this some day soon and show you the photos.

Homemade Oreos

Makes 25 to 30 sandwich cookies

For the chocolate wafers:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch process cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) room-temperature, unsalted butter
1 large egg

For the filling:
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) room-temperature, unsalted butter
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Set two racks in the middle of the oven. Preheat to 375°F.
2. In a food processor, or bowl of an electric mixer, thoroughly mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder, salt, and sugar. While pulsing, or on low speed, add the butter, and then the egg. Continue processing or mixing until dough comes together in a mass.
3. Take rounded teaspoons of batter and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet approximately two inches apart. With moistened hands, slightly flatten the dough. Bake for 9 minutes, rotating once for even baking. Set baking sheets on a rack to cool.
4. To make the cream, place butter and shortening in a mixing bowl, and at low speed, gradually beat in the sugar and vanilla. Turn the mixer on high and beat for 2 to 3 minutes until filling is light and fluffy.
5. To assemble the cookies, in a pastry bag with a 1/2 inch, round tip, pipe teaspoon-size blobs of cream into the center of one cookie. Place another cookie, equal in size to the first, on top of the cream. Lightly press, to work the filling evenly to the outsides of the cookie. Continue this process until all the cookies have been sandwiched with cream. Dunk generously in milk.

Experiment #1; White wash.

Washed out's album is an album I can recommend to anyone who does artsy type things or just wants to cill out, It's very close to the XX's album also but not as good. I love the album artwork of it so I'm going to try and take that to a new level.

1.  I want to have a background, cut letters out from paper or card and have it say something.
2. Ater that I want to place the letters over the background and stick them firmly with blue tack or that of the same value.
3. Then I want to apply a white wash of two parts gouache to one part water.                                                               (This making the gouache a thick slippery mess to apply a good wash over the letters.)
4. After that is done properly and with no mess ups I want to let it dry completely and then peel the letters off of the background with the wash.
5. And I should end up with a white backdrop with filled in letters by the previous background chosen.

I'm pretty sure this has been done before and would be easier on photoshop, but I want to have a go in person. Face to face.
